✅ Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges on physical embroidered patches only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Digital embroidery design files (downloadable items) are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.
💵 Refund Process
If you return an eligible item:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account or credit card statement.
Contact your bank or card provider — processing times can vary.

🎁 Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the gift was sent to the purchaser first and later given to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Air Parcel (10–20 business days) – $20.00

Us Shipping to the United States
At present, Sri Lanka Post does not accept shipments to the United States due to system and tax issues.
But don’t worry — we’ve got you covered ✅
For now, all USA orders will be shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
These are fast, trackable, and secure courier options.
Shipping costs may be slightly higher compared to regular post.
👉 Good news: Once Sri Lanka Post resumes service to the USA, we will once again offer free and low-cost shipping options for our American customers.
🌐 Other Countries
Orders to all other supported countries are shipped using Sri Lanka Post Registered Airmail or Express Courier Services, depending on your preference at checkout.
