Order Processing

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products may require additional production time depending on the design complexity, quantity ordered, and current production workload.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Methods

Patchcrafts offers a variety of shipping options depending on the destination country and the products ordered.

Available shipping methods may include:

  • Free Shipping (where available)

  • Air Parcel

  • Express Mail Service (EMS)

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited®

  • Other postal or courier services when available

The shipping methods available for your order will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Quantity ordered

  • Selected shipping method

Delivery Estimates

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided for shipping services that include tracking.

Customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details once an order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Some shipping methods may not include tracking. Customers who require shipment tracking should select an appropriate tracked shipping service during checkout.

International Shipping

Patchcrafts ships to customers worldwide where shipping services are available.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

Customs & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for complying with all import regulations, customs requirements, taxes, duties, and fees imposed by their local authorities.

Patchcrafts has no control over customs procedures or charges applied by destination countries.

Customs Delays

Customs clearance procedures can occasionally cause shipping delays.

Patchcrafts is not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections, import processing, government regulations, or actions taken by customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

For shipments that include tracking, Patchcrafts will assist customers in contacting the carrier and initiating an investigation when appropriate.

For shipping methods that do not include tracking, delivery cannot be guaranteed once the package has been dispatched.

Customers who require greater shipment security are encouraged to select a tracked shipping service during checkout.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused by the customer and returned to us, any return shipping fees, customs charges, taxes, or carrier-related costs incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for selected orders.

Customers choosing local pickup will be contacted with collection instructions once their order is ready.

Force Majeure

Patchcrafts shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Customs delays

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Transportation interruptions

  • Government actions

  • Labor disputes
