Custom Orders

Many products offered by Patchcrafts are custom-made or personalized according to customer specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all design details, spelling, dimensions, colors, and customization information before approving production.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made by Patchcrafts.

Digital Products

Digital embroidery design files are delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital file purchases are final and non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their embroidery machines and software before purchasing.

Pricing

All prices displayed on Patchcrafts.com are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment
